The setup is sweet but I figured out You will need to be careful when torquing the outpost around the tonneau kit because the aluminum tracks can bend for those who tighten the cap nuts excessive.
While in the guide it states they are sealed bearings and no maintenance is needed. It even claims NOT to implement a lubricant or spray as that could void the warranty. These areas are mostly hidden In the rails, so It is really not easy to know if this is going on Unless of course you go ahead and take cover off/apart (I think the MX rails are precisely the same setup, but I provide the XR rails). Has everyone else experience this challenge in the polycarbonate cover cracking and/or the sealed bearings rusting/seizing just before (I suppose This could utilize on the RetraxPro also)??
